    Public beta with a source-linked 2024–2026 dataset and deterministic working-day API; admin publishing and package releases remain pending.

    Public beta with a deliberately small, source-linked subset of 10 institutions and four official service entry points; broader coverage and admin verification remain stable gates.

    Package-first public beta for deterministic phone, GhanaPostGPS syntax, text and versioned reference normalization. It explicitly never equates syntax validation with identity, ownership or authenticity verification.

    Provenance-complete verified-subset beta covering 16 GTEC-listed public universities with stable IDs and pinned GhanaGeo references; broader education coverage remains source-gated.
